交通方便：在Bryan和College Station边界上，离学校University Dr这边很近：开车5分钟（如果选择停车后步行穿过University Dr，那即使高峰时间也无堵车风险），骑车10分钟，公交15分钟（15路Old Army到Fish Pond下车），步行30分钟不到。离Northgate区域的饭店也比较近。开车5分钟到Farm Patch Produce Market，10分钟范围内有HEB、Walmart等。

窗和阳台直接面向一个非常漂亮的泳池。小区各类设施齐全，包括泳池、健身房、游戏室、讨论室等，就在隔壁。

全装修，包括2台电视、洗衣机烘干机、双人床、桌椅、双人和单人沙发、带吧台的厨房及吧台椅、微波炉、烤箱、洗碗机、冰箱、淋浴（花洒可从墙上卸下）等，一应俱全。

封闭式小区，周边较安静（不在Northgate区域内），除了偶尔有火车汽笛声。
