一室一卫,原本每月$905,免去第一个月,故平均下来一个月大概 $765。1月16日后可以入住,合同至7月底(可续租)。具体时长和金额可协商。
交通方便:在Bryan和College Station边界上,离学校University Dr这边很近:开车5分钟(如果选择停车后步行穿过University Dr,那即使高峰时间也无堵车风险),骑车10分钟,公交15分钟(15路Old Army到Fish Pond下车),步行30分钟不到。离Northgate区域的饭店也比较近。开车5分钟到Farm Patch Produce Market,10分钟范围内有HEB、Walmart等。
窗和阳台直接面向一个非常漂亮的泳池。小区各类设施齐全,包括泳池、健身房、游戏室、讨论室等,就在隔壁。
全装修,包括2台电视、洗衣机烘干机、双人床、桌椅、双人和单人沙发、带吧台的厨房及吧台椅、微波炉、烤箱、洗碗机、冰箱、淋浴(花洒可从墙上卸下)等,一应俱全。
封闭式小区,周边较安静(不在Northgate区域内),除了偶尔有火车汽笛声。
新冠防护方面,房子的空调是不与他人共享的,走廊是半敞开式的,通风很好,物业也比较重视防疫。
租金已包括无线网和水费。
小区内车位很多,如有需要也可以租带棚的车位。

Convenient location: On the border between Bryan and College Station. Very close to TAMU campus (University Dr side): 5 min by car, 10 min by bike, 15 min by bus (#15 Old Army to Fish Pond), <30 min by walking. Also an easy walk to the restaurants and pubs of the Northgate area. 5 min to Farm Patch Produce Market and <10 min to HEB, Walmart, etc.
Pool view and a pool-facing balcony. Great amenities including a gorgeous pool, a gym, game rooms, discussion rooms in the next building.
Furnished: 2 TVs, washer & dryer, queen bed, desk, couch, armchair, kitchen with a breakfast bar and stools, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge, bath tub with detachable shower head, etc.
Gated neighborhood in a quiet area (except for the inevitable train horns).
Safety from COVID-19: The AC is not shared with others. Hallways are only half enclosed and thus well ventilated. The leasing office is fairly responsible in this regard.
Wifi and water are covered in the rent.
Free gated parking. Covered parking available for a fee.
