I have a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment to relet at The Bend at Crescent Pointe Apartment.
Due to a job change, we had to move before our lease contract end.
The rent is $999 a month plus $10 valet trash.
They have one-month free leasing special, and I will chip in another month ($1000).
This is a very nice apartment, pet-friendly, and a great community. Please message me if you are interested.

房屋为1b1.5b户型，租金(999美金房租+10美金垃圾)/每月，如果能在11月30日前搬入的话，可以免去两个月房租。
我由于工作变动不得不提前搬出，小区环境很好，平时很安静，社区氛围很融洽。
