代我一个朋友发个出租的帖子：


房主是个已毕业的来自伊朗的 phd，我之前办公室有同学也在这儿住过。 房子距离学校有点远， 但环境什么的都很好。有兴趣的同学可以和她 （Mona）联系。


I want to rent one of the room of the house for temporary or longer lease (maybe for a year or so).
I am interested in renting it to only industrious and hardworking (graduate) students or postdoc.
Based on my personal experience, I believe that a majority of Chinese students fit this category.
